  • Overview

    Pharmatec Pure Media Systems are designed for storage and distribution of High-purity Media like e. g. purified and highly purified water (PW, HPW) or water for injection (WFI) and pure steam (PS). Pharmatec plans, builds, delivers, assembles on site, commissions and qualifies the systems.

    Basically, one can decide between the following systems:

    Systems for cold storage of purified water

    Systems for hot storage of highly purified water

    Distribution systems for highly purified water and pure steam

    By Pharmatec generation systems produced media are embedded in the storage and distribution systems without unnecessary cutting points. The automation grade of these systems covers everything till the fully automatic computer-based systems with filling station management and connection to process control systems. Furthermore, Pharmatec plans and realizes distribution systems for liquids and gases like e. g. alcohol, base and acid as well as nitrogen or compressed air.

    • Short assembly and commissioning times due to use of pre-tested skids
    • Sanitization with ozone or warm water
    • Sterilization with steam or hot water (>121°C)
