Transver AG of Altendorf joins Rotzinger AG !
End of last year it was announced that the conveyor system business from the Swiss Transver AG was integrated into Bosch Packaging Systems AG (formerly Sigpack Systems AG). At the same time it was informed that the belt bend (curves) business will be continued independently by TRANSVER at the same location.
We are pleased to announce that Rotzinger AG, CH-4303 Kaiseraugst, has taken over Transver AG, CH-8852 Altendorf, including the belt bend business! TRANSVER will continue its operation as a 100% subsidiary of ROTZINGER at its present location in Altendorf, together with all the specialists required for the belt bend business!
ROTZINGER is not only known worldwide for its buffer systems, but has also become a reference for custom specific conveyor systems and innovative cross feeding stations.
The arrival of TRANSVER represents for ROTZINGER an ideal extension of the product portfolio. We will be able to offer complete conveyor systems from our own manufacturing facilities. With the combined know-how and experience of the employees of both companies, our goal is to develop new and exciting products for our customers. These products will be characterized by both, attractive price and high performance. Thanks to great attention in terms of "hygiene" we deliberately reduce the required efforts for maintenance and cleaning.
Both ROTZINGER and TRANSVER want to stay first class references for conveying systems, with a focus on the chocolate and the biscuit industries.
