Actually, this new machine is a double ball forming machine comprising two complete forming units. With the RotoTwin, a single ball forming line with one extruder, one ball former and one cooling unit achieves double the output compared to a line with a standard ball former.

Continuous rope feeding with inlet conveying belt for two ropes
Rotary cutting knife synchronized to the speed of the ropes for a gentle and precise cut
Servo drives for cutting and forming to best fit parameters to the specific product
Two complete forming units for high production volume
Individual rollers and easy format change
Small footprint for compact on site installations
Control of the machine via the touch screen of the RopeX extruder: rope speed, forming time, cycles…
