Overview
The CM-6 overwrapper features a high capacity with optimal operator friendliness. The CM-6 overwraps a wide range of products on edge, both economically and securely. Important food applications are sandwich biscuits, crackers, extruded bread and others. The CM-6 can easily be ajusted to various individual product shapes, such as round, oval rectangular, square or triangular. The stainless steel frame door in the frame, gives full acces to the driving mechanism and adjustment points. The robust steel frame assures an extraordinary smooth running with a minimum of vibration. All levers, driven by cam discs, are mounted to hardened and precision ground shafts with needle bearings.

Facts
- Pusher stroke, gusseters, folding elements, tongs and pusher movement are steplessly adjustable
- Adjustable side guides to support each slug of products into the film
- Infeed conveyor with two chains, connected with flight bars, length approx. 2000 mms
- Spring loaded end seal units smoothly absorb length tolerances of each slug while sealing; products are kept separated by means of a discharge flightbar chain, moving stepwise
- The longitudinal seal folded down at backside of product and can be executed in lapseal or finseal
- Also at high speed the CM-6 operates with a minimum on vibration
- Includes "no product- no film" facility; All main movements are driven by exterior and interior camtracks
- All main movements are electro magnetically protected by overload switches
- The CM-6 runs intermittently and stops with all sealing elements in opened position
- Cantilevered reel holders with quick-lock cones
- An adjustable balancing arm with brake system, on every reel holder
- Fully protected sealing and folding area, by means of transparent doors with safety switches
