Packaging
Single or double wall bag. Bottom with incision fold, top with over and over fold. Bottom and length seam are glued with resin glue, top closure is secured by hotmelt.

Paper or compound films from roll stock.

Weight accuracy
Controlled by WCS (Weight Control System): Two integrated checkweighers monitor the filling weight. To assure genuine weights, the filled bags are kept free during the weighing process. The first checkweigher controls the topping-up and supplies the signals for the tendency control of the cup filler. The subsequent second checkweigher controls the final weight of the bag and supplies data for the statistic evaluation of the filling weights. Under-or overfilled packages are rejected.
