Sigpack Systems now offers an advanced, three tiered modular training scheme. The scheme can be tailored to customers’ specific requirements and centres around three key themes: On the Job Training, Classroom Training and Computer Based Training (CBT).
The importance of quality employee training can never be underestimated. The level of machine and system understanding can directly influence the efficiency and productivity of a system. With the proper training, maintenance can be effortless and efficiency can excel.
With this in mind, Sigpack Systems now offers a comprehensive training scheme which can be customised to each customer's specific needs to ensure the most relevant training is delivered.
On the job training provides an opportunity for already skilled or less experienced personnel to improve and develop their knowledge. Training focuses on specific machine parts, functions and personnel tasks. During practical work the trainer occasionally interjects to convey explanations and clarification of machine processes.
Sigpack Systems realises the importance of balancing time away from the factory floor and time dedicated to training. Classroom training is therefore carefully scheduled to optimise efficiency. Each trainee is provided with bespoke training documentation customised to fit the user's needs. This documentation will not only cover Sigpack Systems' machinery, but also other equipment in the complete line.
Computer based training presents an individual, interactive and independent way to train and motivate personnel whilst also providing trainees with an opportunity to brush up and keep on top of their understanding and knowledge.
