Overview
Albatros is a new-generation packaging line for processed cheese and produces up to 300 portions per minute. It allows fast and easy changeover to other sizes and shapes (rectangular, triangular, square, round as well as elliptical-shaped portions).
The dosing unit guarantees precise dosing of the cheese. Weight adjustment independently per track or for both tracks together. The dosing unit is CIP.

Wrapping style The pre-cuts to form the shells are cut from the reel. Possibility of adding tear-open tape and label on each portion. The shells are formed and filled on 2 tracks. A cover is then placed on the filled shell in order to close and seal the portion.
