Kustner-Sterilchoc FP, the cooking and sterilization process installation, UHT in continuous mode, enables you to reach an advanced bacteriological stability and security of your finished products.

A shelf life of 10–12 months is guaranteed for sealed products.

Along with a brand new design and ease of operation, our continuous cooking-sterilizer can easily be incorporated into an existing production line.

As an option, the Kustner FP 2000 / FP 3000 can sterilize cheese with additional ingredients (5 mm) such as ham, cumin and pepper.
