Remote Service Portal
The Remote Service Portal establishes a secure connection between your machine and the experts at Bosch. This way the experts are able to access most control components such as PLC, Motion Controller or HMI (Human Machine Interface) for fast diagnosis and support. Different machines of various generations can be integrated. Machines of other machine manufacturers can also be connected to the portal and supported remotely by the respective machine supplier.
