Inverted Flow Wrapper

 
  • Overview

    The Pack 301 IN flow wrapper gently transports products by carrying them on top of the film from the former through the cutting head minimizing jams and ensuring superior package appearance. This gentle product handling makes the machine ideal for soft products, multi-packs, and other products that are difficult to handle using a standard upright flow wrapper design.

    The Pack 301 IN features a modular film backstand that can be located in various positons relative to the infeed and wrapper. This allows users to optimize the film path, avoiding unnecessary film path length, resulting in supreme package appearance, minimal film waste, and few rejects.

    To further enhance product transport, the Pack 301 IN was designed to integrate with a variety of infeeds such as flighted, lug-less, trough style and belt feeders to meet a variety of maufacturing needs. Additionally, the finwheel assembly can be easily raised or lowered to accomodate products of different heights for short changeovers.
