Automated Leak Detection Machine for Vials, Ampoules and Cartridges

 
  • Overview

    During the test, the containers are actively rotated by at least 360° on four independent and individually adjustable testing stations.

    This measurement technique using bar electrodes from below offers significant advantages: The distance between container and electrode is minimal and remains constant. Thus, false measurement results produced by variations in distance are ruled out. Moreover, measurement from below reduces the influence exerted by the fluid wetting the inside wall of the container. This ensures reliable measurement results, particularly for partially filled containers.

    Test method: High Voltage Leak Detection (HVLD)

    Compact, accessible and neat design:

    The machine can be used as a stand-alone machine as well as line machine, and thanks to its compact design, it is ideally suited for integration in existing facilities.

    The electric cabinets are fully integrated in the subframe of the machine and consequently separated from the mechanical assemblies.

    For maintenance work, all components can be accessed from the rear of the machine.
