Fully Automated Inspection Machine for Ampoules

    The BSI 2011 | 5011 employs a combination of back lighting and an advanced Charge-Coupled Device (CCD) vision system to detect micro carbonized particles to 50 µm. The system utilizes an in-feed conveyor and sorts two places for defects and discharge to trays or other system linkages.
