The following information is a brief outline of Bosch’s formal training process.
  1. Needs Assessment
         a. Determine skill set of trainee
         b. Define scope of job tasks
         c. Determine numbers to be trained
         d. Define training objectives
         e. Scope of materials developed
  2. Determine timing and schedule for training.
  3. Conduct formal training with review questions. (At either customer site or at Bosch)
    Evaluations filled out by trainees at the completion of training.
  4. Feedback to customer from evaluations
  5. Follow-up assessment to ensure the trainee is at a level of expectation and to also plan any future training requirements.
