- Needs Assessment
a. Determine skill set of trainee
b. Define scope of job tasks
c. Determine numbers to be trained
d. Define training objectives
e. Scope of materials developed
- Determine timing and schedule for training.
- Conduct formal training with review questions. (At either customer site or at Bosch)
Evaluations filled out by trainees at the completion of training.
- Feedback to customer from evaluations
- Follow-up assessment to ensure the trainee is at a level of expectation and to also plan any future training requirements.
