Robotic Feed Placing is an application where the robot handles raw (unwrapped) product. A randomly spaced incoming product stream is presented to the robot. The robot senses the location of the incoming product, picks it, then traverses to the moving flighted chain, matches the chain speed and places the product. This is done with such precision and advanced speed tracking that it is almost as if the conveyors are standing still.

Offering flexibility, precision, and high speed, Bosch's capability for feed placing fulfills today's sophisticated market requirements.
