• The standard Linium 601 horizontal flow wrapper is ready for heavy-duty operation.
• Film control - 4 finwheel units (1-cold, 2-hot, 1-auxiliary fold-over). Film packaging units are housed in a cast housings for durability and sanitation.
• Fast packaging film changes - 2 spindles are provided.
• Film tension control keeps film tracked properly - A "tension sensitive" power feed roll maintains proper film tension at high speeds and during speed changes commonly seen when automatically feeding wrappers.
• A unique low-backlash crimper drive assures seal jaw alignment and quality package seals. Backlash does not change when you change crimper clearance as it does with simple gear drive assemblies.
• Servo driven infeed, finwheels and cutting head minimize mechanical components and reduce maintenance.
• Sanitation - The solid steel plate frame has smooth surfaces and minimizes pockets and cavities where infestation can occur. The product area is cantilevered off of the main frame so debris falls through or is easily cleaned. Product contact parts are made of food grade materials.
• Modular assemblies are configured to meet your application. Film splicing, vacuum, reject stations, packaging gusseting, hole punch, automatic feeding and more.
