Overview
The Doboy JSL Labeler heat seals a paper header label to the top of a premade bag. With labeling speeds up to 30 bags per minute, it’s perfect labeling machine for many packaging applications. Labeler label widths and folds are adjustable to fit a wide range of bag packaging needs. Standard or custom hole punch locations and styles are available.
Many bag materials and bag styles can be sealed and labeled with the JSL labeling system. Choose from pre-made, pre-filled bags of cellophane, coated cellophane, polyethylene, saran and other heat sealable materials. The JSL Header Card Labeler can be used in conjunction with VFFS machines too.

- Bag labeler Speed, pressure, and temperature can be varied to create a perfect seal on many films.
- Bag top label sizes from 2.5" to 9.5" wide by 1.25" to 6.0" unfolded label height.
- Convenient touch plate activates the labeling machinery to seal and label the bag top when the operator is safe and the bag label is positioned correctly in the label card sealer.
- Sturdy construction and machine comes standard on a two post, adjustable height floorstand for easy operation, access, and maintenance.
