Intended for multiple shift medical packaging operations or demanding medical sealing applications, the CBS-DM features comprehensive controls and diagnostics to satisfy stringent FDA standards. All CBS-DM band sealers feature stainless steel guards, enclosures, and elevating stands. Special attention has been given to assure sanitary design and reliable continous band sealer operation at speeds up to 1,200 inches per minute. Facts Single point gap adjustment for ease of sealer operation. Bag top control provides sturdy seal. Glass Teflon™ heat sealing bands for durability. AC frequency variable speed drive. Quick change sealing section and band replacement to reduce down time. Embedded thermocouples. Heating and cooling bars to ensure a secure seal. Validation - fully validatable and specifically designed for clean-room environments. Alarms and deviation from established parameters are PLC controlled to provide heat sealing accuracy, dependability and repeatability. Standard NEMA 12 control panel.
