Healthy & Nutritional Bars Conference with a practical demonstration at the Bosch plant in Viersen
The third Healthy & Nutritional Bar Conference will be held on February 3rd and 4th, 2010 in Cologne. The conference will bring together managers from the bar industry, the health food sector, and the bakery, confectionery and breakfast cereal trades and will provide an area in which the latest trends and developments in and around the bar market can be discussed. The objective of the conference is to see an exchange of information about consumers, markets and distribution channels.
A technical demonstration, which will be held on the second day of the event at Bosch, in Viersen, will provide an exciting excursion to the practical world. The demonstration will include a variety of tests on the Contiline bar machine of Bosch Bar Production Technology.
Besides the practical demonstrations, a total of 15 speakers, from ten different countries, will report on their international experiences across a wide range of industry issues. There will also be the opportunity to put questions to industry experts during discussion sessions.
Some of the important topics at the event will be market growth and consumer trends in the bar industry, as well as regional innovations and business examples, and innovations in ingredients, research, health and technology. Overall, the conference offers many possibilities for making and expanding contacts within the bar industry.
The target group of the event consists of all senior managers who are already active, or who have an interest in the bar industry and come from the areas of sales, marketing, product development, research and development or food engineering.
