Turkish Delights

Elvan is a family run confectionery manufacturer of high and low-boiled sweets for many markets worldwide. In order to fully satisfy customer needs, the company’s new, continuously operating line relies on Bosch process and packaging technology.

Since 1952, an Elvan patisserie has been producing a variety of chocolates and waffles in a neighborhood of Istanbul. Over the last 50 years, the Turkish company has developed into a market leader and now exports to more than 70 countries. In 2004, Mustafa Kadiroglu, managing director, decided to start manufacturing confectionery and to invest in a completely new production line.
