In order to measure and quantify improvement of OEE over time, we recommend the installation of an integrated measurement system. Our system reads data directly from the control systems of machines (Bosch &/or third party) and combines the information across lines and plants. The data captured enables a comprehensive picture to be built up of the equipment status and can be utilised to pin point specific issues on individual machines.
