After a year of significant business growth and internal re-engineering, Bosch Packaging Services in North America is bigger and stronger than before. Having now migrated the vertical, package maker, aseptic, confectionary and pharmaceutical service organizations of the packaging group into one service business unit, our organization now boasts 131 employees dedicated to service matters. Bosch Packaging Services provides services for over 15 different manufacturing entities under one roof. This simplifies processes for our customers who often have equipment from more than one manufacturing unit.

The growing pains that often accompany such changes were sometimes more noticeable for our customers than we would have wanted. However, we are confident that the organizational changes benefits all customers and the improvements in service excellence were worth it!
