To provide stronger After Sales Service to the customers, Bosch established the new service company Bosch Packaging Services K.K. (PAJS) in December 2004. With the consistent service system (inspection, size parts, overhaul, dispatch of engineer) for all machines, PAJS sales staff are ready to resolve all problems of customers quickly and accurately.

Based in Funabashi the Japan Hub covers Japanese market.
