There are no vial diameter size parts on the FLT making changeovers a snap. The FLT is also designed to fit through a 36” door on its rolling cart making this compact machine easy to maneuver around the lab.
The FLT can be used with a number of dosing systems providing amazingly accurate fills depending on the dosing system and the product qualities. The FLT is compatible with rolling diaphragm, peristaltic, time pressure, and rotary piston dosing systems. The Acerta® and Peristaltic systems allow configurations with 100% disposable product paths.
Stainless steel construction affords the FLT protection from caustic drugs and cleaning agents lending itself to a long life of trouble free service.
The FLT can be configured with or with out a capping station, but comes standard with a filling station, stopper inserter, and guarding.
Controls for the FLT are via an easy to operate HMI with touch screen controls and color readouts.
The FLT has been designed to accept an isolator with some basic accommodations. Ask a Bosch sales representative about your specific project.
