With the introduction of the USM 3011 de-trayer and USM 3015 re-trayer Bosch is setting new standards within syringe handling. With a capacity of up to 18,000 syringes per hour the USM is ideal for covering medium and large scale production.

Overview
Due to the fact that there is an increasing demand on syringe processing in the pharmaceutical industry, Bosch has now developed unique handling systems for de-/re traying syringes from Rondo trays. There is no glass to glass contact between syringes in the USM from the traying stations to the finger wheel which is a large benefit to the customer. The USM principle is a very flexible and reliable system for any pharmaceutical plant and may ideally be integrated in to a complete line with a CVT™ Slitec™ inspection machine from Bosch.
