Overview
The USR Syringe Renester has been specifically designed for the renesting of syringes after inline processing. Bosch’s nested syringe portfolio uses a precision machine for the alignment of the syringes in their correct positions of the nest. The renesting process combines three separate components: the syringes, the nest, and the tubs, in a process that ends with a completed set of syringes safely nested inside the tub, ready to be sent for downstream processing.

The renesting process is divided into three function areas, beginning with the Syringe Fixturing Module, followed by the Pick and Place Unit, and finally the Tub and Nest Conveying. The USR machine can be built for the output of either 300 or 600 syringes/minute, with syringe size ranging from 0.5-20ml. The machine can be easily controlled with touch screen operation.
