The denesting process is completed with two different functions areas: Tub and Nest Conveying and the Pick and Place Unit. Together these processes carefully remove the syringes from each tub and nest and then place the emptied tubs and nests in their respective stack along the conveyor.

Bosch’s USD Syringe Denester uses precise movements to efficiently yet carefully take the syringes out of their nests and tubs. The syringes remain in a secure and controlled position throughout the entire denesting process, leaving the syringes presented on a single lane conveyor for further processing.
