Overview
The MLD is a flexible filling machine that can be configured to handle a wide variety of syringes, cartridges and related containers. Its wide processing spectrum ranges from dental or insulin cartridges right up to contrast medium cartridges. Filling is accomplished either by rotary piston pumps or Bosch Smart FillTM time pressure filling and fills at rates up to 600 units per minute. The MLD is the only commercial syringe filler available with built-in checkweighing - a Bosch first.
With its narrow 800 mm width, the MLD offers a small footprint and easy access to all areas of the machine, even in the optional barrier isolator configuration. The MLD is commonly used in conjunction with Bosch syringe loading / unloading systems.
