Overview
Before the filling and sealing processes can take place, the sealed tubs receive an outer sterilization, and the tub cover and inner Tyvek foil must be removed.

A fully automatic solution is necessary to minimize the risk of re-contamination of the sterile syringe nests and tubs by human contact.

Proactively, Bosch has designed a fully automatic opening station to meet this need - the ATO De-Lidder. The innovative Bosch system has been designed to minimize the generation of particles, which is essential for maintaining sterility and integrating the opening system with an isolator system.

The ATO can de-lid up to 6 tubs per minute and processes all tub sizes.
