Overview
Before the sterile opening of the syringe tubs, each tub must be removed from its bag. The automatic bag opening is a repeatable and reliable process. This can be accomplished manually, however, the personnel expenditure will be quite high, and there is still the risk of recontamination by the operators. A fully automated solution minimizes this risk of recontamination and makes the complete automation of the filling line possible.

The tub unpacking station is part of the complete nested syringe filling system portfolio from Bosch. It was designed to work in conjunction with the automatic tub opening system and the FXS 5100 filling and closing machine as an integrated system. When combined, the project benefits from all of these critical components of the line coming from Bosch and offering the “Integration Advantage.”
