Overview
The TURBOTHERM sterilizer, type SDT, is a highly sophisticated sterilizer designed for use in the pharmaceutical and bio-tech industry for production, laboratory and research & development applications. The TURBOTHERM is designed to sterilize porous loads using the vacuum process as well as sterilizing liquids in open, semi-sealed or closed containers using the steam-air mixture process. The TURBOTHERM has been developed to rapidly sterilize and cool liquids in containers which have to be dry to be used immediately for further processing.
To guarantee a perfect shape after sterilization as well as for safety reasons the sterilizer is working with a support pressure. This pressure can be set individually for each product or calculated in relation to the pressure inside the load container.
A standard size range is available from 280 litre usable capacity up to any required volume. A comprehensive range of optional accessories allows the client to flexibly configure the TURBOTHERM to their own requirements. Optional features:
