Bosch Packaging Technology inspection equipment:

• The CVT video inspection machine, from Bosch subsidiary Moeller & Devicon, uses camera technology for particle inspection of clear liquids and suspensions at speeds up to 600 per minute.
• The KLD pinhole detection machine for vials, cartridges and ampoules uses a high voltage electrical field and impedance measurement to check each container at four inspection points. The container is examined for hairline fissures and pinholes, leaking ampoule neck tips, insufficient glass thickness at the tip and absence of fill. It can inspect up to 400 containers per minute.
