Overview
The MRD 1010 is a well-priced indexing filling and sealing machine for processing small batches of cartridges at a speed of up to 120 per minute. It can fill containers ranging in diameter from 8.65 – 18.25 mm, with a maximum height of 95 mm. Filling can be accomplished by pumps, time pressure, or sensor filling. With a compact machine design and small footprint (max. 1600 x 1100 mm, control cabinet included), the MRD 1010 is operator-friendly and easy to clean.
The MRD 1010’s process stations were derived from Bosch’s large scale, high-speed production machine, the MLD series, which is proven, reliable technology.
