Overview
The GKF 2500 ASB IPK with in-process control makes it possible for you to perform weight control by way of statistical evaluation. Capsules are removed from the segments at preselected intervals and weighed as random samples. If the mean values of several random samples approach the tolerance limit, the capsule filler is stopped and the visual and audible alarms are triggered. Documentation of the random sample data, daily data and batch data are available.

The high degree of automation ensured by ASB provides for smooth production processing and ensures optimized productivity with minimal downtime. Deformed or damaged capsules and capsule feed blockages are detected in multiple instances. Defective capsules are individually dischaged via the 18 discharge flaps.
