Overview
The GKF 2500 ASB is equipped with an automatic troubleshooting system (ASB) which makes automated production possible and reduces downtimes. Deformed or damaged capsules and capsule feed blockages are detected in multiple instances. Defective capsules are individually dischaged via the 18 discharge flaps.

 It is the high-performance machine for high productivity in the filling of powders, pellets or tablets. The GKF 2500 ASB is particularly suitable for difficult and sensitive products. The machine is controlled by industrial PC and 21 CFR Part 11-compliant software.
