Overview
The GKF 1400 comprises all Bosch's experience and know-how in the dependable filling of capsules. Like all machines in the GKF series, the GKF 1400 operates intermittently and doses powder through the proven tamping pin principle and can fill powder, pellets or tablets individually or combined. Capsules made of hard gelatine or gelatine-free alternatives can be used in the process.
With focus on ergonomics and ease in cleaning, Bosch engineers have developed a machine type with minimized changeover and cleaning times to maximize productivity. Due to the modular design of the GKF 1400, it can be easily changed over to liquid filling in an extremely short period of time.
Operator control of the machine via touchscreen is operator friendly and easy-to-learn thanks to an intuitive interface. The GKF 1400 is controlled by Industrial PC and with 21 CFR Part 11-compliant software.
