Overview
The Bosch VRK gives you compact, low-particulate capping using aluminum caps, and a variety of others, with nearly tool-less size change and digital position indicators. It operates in continuous motion and caps up to 400 vials per minute.

The VRK rotates the vial against the crimp wheel. This ensures even and repeatable crimping with every vial. A rotation sensor verifies correct operation. This gives you a verifiable crimping process.

The VRK capper can be integrated with the Bosch KIV vial coder.
